Pandora's Box Tobacco Shop

I've been a returning customer since the first Inverness store opened nearby Croft. I used to go to the Inverness store at bothe the old and new location frequently but now that I've moved across the county and they also have added stores in Crystal River I also frequent that shop as well. I know they also have a Homosassa and Brooksville shop but I haven't been to those locations yet. Overall my experience with this business has always been pleasant. The employees know what they're talking about and they all give off friendly vibes and are eager to help you find what you're looking for and will even suggest new merchandise which is very helpful if you have ADHD like I do, because it's more than likely I haven't even noticed it yet. I rated 4/5 stars because I think they could use a wider base of merchandise, they don't sell juice for vapes for instance, but they do sell disposable vapes. However, I've tried all of the vapes they recommended and others I picked myself. I can get better tasting and longer lasting disposable vapes and they're probably cheaper at the BP down the road. it is mainly a glass/tobacco store, but if it weren't for that I would have gave 5, and it's not just about vapes, there are many other new things they could be dabbling in but they choose not to.

employee was rude, asked what she recommended and all i received was attitude and no input on helping me purchase from the store . i don't recommend

Worst smoke shop in the world ! Long story short they left me with two broken torches that cost me a combined price of $115 and then to fix it they offer me a $25 piece of junk that gets 2.5 stars on amazon .. now keep in mind I've spent probably two grand at this store over the past 7 months or so.. but I have officially changed stores because of my last experience with their owners and how they handled my broken torch problem..
SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE.. even if it's down a garbage disposal atleast you won't be supporting these people !

Seriously the best customer service ever! There is a hot blonde girl working there too. Love the art work and the deals they are such a great understanding company! Love going there you redeem points and can get 5$ off your purchase every time you go to a Pandora's box! Super sick place:)

Great smoke shop.
I was with friends at home, and we broke my vape, we all looked at each other - I grabbed my keys, and OF COURSE off to Pandora's we went. We love it there. Local glass, vapes, juice, papers, anything you could need.

Love pandora and their selection of pipes. It is pretty pricey but have quality pieces.

This is the coolest smoke shop I've ever been to. Super clean and well organized. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I love that they carry locally made items and they even blow their own glass!

Friendly people working and they have a great selection of smoke shop stuff! They even have locally made pipes, vape juice, and papers like Raw. There's a lot of waterpipes and a bunch of other cool items to look at too. Definitely check it out!
