Red Feathers

I wasn't at all pleased with my Wizzit Tweezer. It's tacky and cheap: the battery compartment doesn't close properly, and no instructions were included. Worse, it was obviously a return which hadn't been cleaned properly there were lots of little hairs in the works! NOT impressed!

Bought a voucher off Kgb for a netbook from Redfeathers & paid via paypal P&P direct to them (nearly £12 which was £2 more than was quoted originally). I was then informed a few days later that Kgb were withdrawing the deal due to problems over payment with Redfeathers.
I then received an email from Redfeathers offering the netbook direct with them at a reduced cost which I declined & asked for a refund of P&P charges. Initially I was told it would be in my account a few days later.
After several emails still no refund but was told I could have a £20 voucher to use on their site something apparantly to do with the terms & conditions!
Several weeks & emails sent later I am still waiting & getting no replies to my emails
It would appear to me that this company cannot fulfil their obligations & is probably having financial problems.
I intend to take this matter further with the appropiate authorities.
