My results with Pensler far exceeded my expectations. I went to meet with 4 doctors but always compared them to my consultation here and I'm glad I followed my gut instinct. His nurse Lorie is a tough cookie but plastic surgery is not a game or joke. If you don't take it serious you may not get the results you want and that's why she pushes you to work harder. I quit smoking because of them and 4 years later I'm still VERY happy with my lipo results w Pensler.

I have never written a review on Yelp, however I must express my personal and professional opinion on Dr. Penslar and his staff. I had Breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Penslar in 2008. He and his staff have always been nice and courteous. He stands behind his work and always will. My breast job was so good, people never knew I had implants.

Dr. Penslar and his staff are more than Medical Professionals, they are like family that's always available when you need them.

If you want a sergeant who is honest and truly cares about making you happy I strongly recommended going to Dr Jay Pensler. From the start he was caring and genuine.

I am 10 days out of surgery and I couldn't stop smiling when I got out of the shower this morning. Like a lot of men I struggled with Gynecomastia. For years I felt embarrassed and self-conscious about going to the beach/Pool or what clothes I should wear. Dr Pensler goal isn't to only make your chest look great but to help you rebuild your confidence.

Also it is true, Behind every great man there's a great woman. Dr. Pensler front office assistants are also caring and patient. They will help you anyway they can.His nurse is also great she will give you detailed steps to make sure you are ready to care for yourself after your procedure. I'm very pleased that I came to this establishment for my surgery.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pensler and his staff. They are very thorough at explaining the procedure and make sure you completely are comfortable with everything before surgery. Dr. Pensler even called to check in a week prior surgery. Justina (patient coordinator) also emailed me frequently with updates and instructions. On the day of surgery, Dr. Pensler and Laurie (nurse) went over everything and made me feel at ease while prepping for the surgery. They are a great duo and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Post surgery Laurie wrote me a note with hour by hour instructions for the next day and Dr. Pensler called that evening to see how I was doing. I would recommend Dr. Pensler and his staff to anyone. They are truly top notch!

I had a questionable mole removed on my breast by Dr. Pensler. I figured this would be an in office procedure as originally discussed, but the dr. pulled a fast one on me and had me go to Northwestern OR, ultimately costing me way much more than the procedure would have been in office. Highly disappointed. The work he did is less than satisfactory. My breast has a way larger scar than necessary and you can see where the stitches were even years after. On top of everything, his nurse Laurie is mentally unstable. She verbally abused my sister, and tried to tell my Mom how to parent my brother / her son. Surprised this office is still operating.

Dr. Pensler and his staff were very professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel at ease before, during , and after the procedure. I am grateful that I was referred to Dr.Pensler and his medical team because nobody could have done the surgery better.

Dr. Pensler and his staff are both outstanding and professional. I had bilateral gynecomastia surgery by him and the result has been phenomenal. They explained every step of the procedure as well as what to expect after surgery. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and quickly by email and phone, even after regular business hours. My girlfriend fainted and they did an excellent job making sure she was ok before proceeding. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Please do your homework before using this doctor. He is not skilled at what he does. Don't be fooled by the nice personality. It will cost you dearly in the end. Do your homework or you will regret it!!!

Over a year now since my surgery and very satisfied. My confidence is greatly improved.

Dr. Pensler's entire team is competent, and will make you feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire journey. I appreciated Dr. Pensler's honesty and his ability to set realistic expectations for my outcome and for my recovery.

I highly recommend Dr. Pensler. I had excellent results, an excellent experience during the follow up visits, and feel fortunate to have had the opportunity for surgery at his practice.

I do not recommend Dr. Pensler. I had surgery done by him and my breasts are ugly and uneven. I will need additional surgery to fix them. When I expressed concern to Dr. Pensler, he was nothing less than rude and arrogant. Even his staff and his wife nurse Laurie seemed to not care about me. After my surgery, whenever I look in the mirror, I am horrified and I have cried several times over the way they look. I cannot wear certain tops anymore and have to be careful on what I select so that it doesn't show. I have never been so unhappy with my body as I have now after having terrible surgery from Pensler. Find another doctor, interview many, but I don't recommend this one.
