Idk I love the nonsensical vibes from the workers. I personally don't like talking to my nail techs when I get my nails done. I came in, was seated right away, was asked what I wanted, and I got what I wanted.

My nail tech was so attentive and did a fabulous job on my marbled nails. Again, no nonsense lol just get it done! I will be coming back.

PS. They do like it when you pay by Venmo, Zelle, CashApp. But they'll accept the normal methods too.

This is the best nail salon around. I've been going to them for over 8 years. I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is super nice.

Bang N Jen came highly recommended by a loyal customer so I finally got the chance to give them a try. Excellent customer service, the entire team is personable and easy to talk to. I usually keep my AirPods in when I get my nails done but the team and clients are fun to engage with. I asked Bang to be creative with my nails because I couldn't think of a style and he did an amazing job. I could not have described the beautiful fall artwork he created myself. All of the technicians are extremely talented and can do any design from simple to complex art, I watched a few customers leave happy. Prices are reasonable, spa is accessible, sufficient parking. I will return.

I use to be a faithful customer. The quality of the work in the beginning was good , but very rude. I would say to myself..they are good so I will ignore the rudeness.
One day, I came in and the rudeness got worst and the quality. I was told when I made a appointment and was bumped 2x it was told to me that we service our loyal customers first.
I was just about to pull out my bank statement and highlight the amount of $$ I spent per month.
I left and now go to the place they moved out and I am very happy.

It may have been an off day b/c literally every chair was filled in the salon; but this was hands down the worst mani/Pedi I have ever had. I was there for 2.5 hours! Awful experience. Especially pedicure....uncomfortable seat and a large tub that didn't even use liners. It was hard to get comfortable as the bench seating is not adjustable. And I sat with a bowl filled with acetone on my lap soaking my previous Dip Nails off. I literally soaked my hands in acetone for 40 min. And my fingers were covered in the actual sticky film which was difficult to get off later. In less than a week, my pedicure was chipping on both feet and multiple nails. That's first for me.

The gentleman who did my dip manicure was very friendly and professional, however, after 1.5 weeks my dip is starting to separate from my nails. My nails are different lengths and shapes but honestly just wanted to get out of there when it was said and done. No hand massage either.

Not even offered a water the entire time I was there.

This place makes me feel like my best luxurious self. When I go, I'm reminded of why I'm spending my money here. The staff is very efficient and friendly and are able to execute most designs brought in. I always leave here excited for show off my nails. Keep in mind that they just changed over locations. The new location is also very spacious and clean. Jen is so talented every time I've gone, I've had her!

Pro tip: you do have to make an appointment!

Got a mani-pedi with my boyfriend. They did an excellent job with my feet/toes, but they upsold me on getting gel and did not tell me the price. It was extremely expensive, almost $100 for entire mani-pedi, which is insane!!! Also they said it would not chip and it's been only a few days and my left thumbnail chipped already... The guy destroyed my cuticles, making three of my fingers bleed! He then covered them with glue to seal them. It was sorta painful. You can see the chip and the glue in my photos.

The place was really dirty and I'm really disappointed about the cleanliness, pricing, and quality. Will not go here again.

first of all the lady messed my toes up not once but twice she didn't listen and she could even do a french tip then u asked her to just paint them white she messed that up to I was there 2 hours and 30 min for a pedi that's crazzy then told me it was gonna be 80$ talking bou she gave me a 20$ discount smh what was supposed to be 100$ is my question this was not relaxing at all! they don't even tell u the options of pedicures to get I had to ask because they just assumed I wanted some basic shii don't go to the old lady she won't get you right!

I love love this nail salon and can't go anywhere else! They take inspiration pics and transform it into exactly what you want. I've had my nails done by Bang, Jen, Maryann and Anna and they're all great. Highly recommend!
