Arlington Toyota

My family has been purchasing new vehicles from Arlington Toyota for many years; five vehicles to be exact. My parents were blessed to meet Saif Albanna upon their first visit with Arlington. They are so impressed with him that they won't deal with anyone else.
I was looking for a used vehicle, so my mom referred me to Saif. Arlington Toyota has an amazing inventory of new vehicles, but also has an expansive inventory of used vehicles as well. I was a bit nervous going to the dealership without my husband, as he was unavailable to come at the time; but Saif made me feel comfortable and at ease with my experience in looking for a vehicle. He is very easy going and great at what he does. He is not forceful, nor does he make you feel pressured when looking for the right vehicle and price. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know because he is an awesome salesman.
I also wanted to remark on how great my finance manager Ali Amirov was to work with at Arlington. I feel like the financing part can be one of the most stressful part of the vehicle purchase. He was amazing at his job and very informative on helping me understand every step of the purchase process.
With the help of Saif and Ali, I must say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Had an appointment at 0700 when they opened for service. When I called a week prior to schedule the appointment, I was advised the issue for my truck not shifting out of park unless shift release was engaged would take about 2-3 hours.

I dropped my truck off at 0700 and walked over to a nearby business to pass time. My truck sat for 3 hours untouched. Then once it was diagnosed, it took another 5 hours to fix a minor electrical issue. I was charged for the diagnostic check and about 1 hour of labor plus a $40 part. If it was only a small amount of labor, why did it take so long.

Poor service, lack of respect for their customers time, and incompetent workers.

I will not be returning and advise against coming here for service. This dealership gives Toyota a bad name when they're excellent vehicles.

Web site advertised a 2019 Kia Sorrento for $16,481. Went there, took a test ride, and asked for the bottom line, walk out the door price. It suddonley became $20,481! Sorry to say, but they're a typical USED-CAR-SALES Joke.

Just purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida. Brian Anderson was my salesperson for the experience. The entire transaction was seamless. Brian was very patient and attentive. I would highly recommend looking for him when you visit Arlington Toyota if you're looking for a professional no hype experience.

Londa(apologies if mispelled) was very rude. She told me my question was common sense and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. She kept talking over me and wasn't listening to answer my question..

I ended up going to a different dealership

bought a Nissan Frontier truck, Monica made appt to pick up truck and sign paperwork, when we went to appt they had sold the car to someone else and never called to let us know, had already gone to the bank and got a cashiers check for them, they had sent me a video that the car was mine and congratulations. When I questioned them they said first come first served. GM called and said they would get me one and never heard from them again. Very poor business practices. They also will put at $1900 package on the car for a dealership fee

Although I truly HATE the car buying experience, Hayden made it smooth and easy. I couldn't find the car I was looking for anywhere near where I lived. I found one 200 miles away. I remotely made the deal and Hayden assured me I would love the car. I took the trip, drove the car, signed the documents, and I was out of the dealership in 2 hours. Highly recommend Hayden.

Total ripoff. Was lowballed on a trade. Took it some place else and they gave me 6k more on trade with no haggling. Then they want to charge an Arlington Toyota Total Value Package of $1,885.00 for any car you buy which is just a bunch of crap you can have as a AAA member.
Sales rep I was dealing with, we were going back and forth through text, he apparently goes home for the evening and doesn't bother telling me, so I was sitting around waiting on him for nothing. Previously bought a car here a little over a year ago, won't come back again.

Sales are high pressure and force add-ons. Most people at this dealership that I've encountered over the years are rude and uncaring. Seems to be the culture.
The service department is horrendous. Even with an appointment, it could easily take an hour or so to get checked in. You can't just drop and go, so be prepared and ensure you have a lot of extra time on your hands. My experience today was that they had 3 lines of cars backed around the building and up to the street. It took me a while to even get into the parking lot. I was on schedule for my appointment time.
I ended up walking in and after several people ignored me and a couple told me it wasn't their job I finally found a service advisor that simply said you have to wait and welcome to a friday morning at Arlington Toyota. So I left.
My other service experience was with a recall issue. I ended up having to go twice and leave my truck all day. They didn't fix the issue correctly the first time. It ended up leaving me stranded, and I had to wait for a tow truck to come from across town. My dog had just had surgery, and I was picking her up. I had to find an Uber that would take my wife and dog home, and I rode with the tow truck driver back to Arlington Toyota.
